Job summary

Aztec Group is seeking an Enterprise Applications Associate to join our ITSM-focused team. You will support Ivanti Service Manager, handle incidents, service requests and deliver improvements under guidance, building broader technical capability.

The role is for an Associate-level professional with a foundation in customer service, analytical thinking and application support, offering training and progression within a growing, regulated organisation.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years' relevant professional experience in application support, service management, or a similar technology environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate issues and propose practical solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging users and stakeholders.
• Good documentation and data skills for producing support procedures and reports.
• Understanding of ITIL-aligned practices and incident, request, problem, change and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for Ivanti Service Manager, taking ownership of incidents, service requests and enquiries through to resolution or escalation.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Ivanti objects, forms, workflows, and supporting data following approved requirements.
• Complete routine checks of Ivanti availability, integrations, scheduled jobs, queues and performance, recording exceptions and escalating issues.
• Support the wider Enterprise Applications portfolio by triaging issues and maintaining application data.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of operational reports, audit extracts, dashboards and management information.
• Apply ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, change and knowledge management practices.
• Deliver activities in line with security controls, data protection, and change management procedures.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and support clear configuration or enhancement proposals.
• Support testing for fixes and upgrades by following test scripts and recording evidence.
• Communicate service updates and known issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, procedures, release notes and user guidance; deliver demonstrations or training as required.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data quality across Ivanti and enterprise applications.
• Develop awareness of Ivanti product updates and share information with the team.
