Job summary

Aztec Group is seeking an entry-level Identity and Access Management support specialist in a hybrid role. You will assist the IAM team with daily duties, sign off on financial documents, and help maintain security controls across applications.

You will work closely with business users to understand needs, deliver proactive service, and utilise the Ivanti service delivery tool to prioritise requests. A keen eye for detail and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic IT literacy and numeracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with signing of financial documents and follow procedures.
• Distribute banking hardware to the business and maintain controls.
• Support JLMC processes and ensure segregation of duties.
• Build strong relationships with business users to understand needs.
• Utilise Ivanti for prioritising and resolving service requests.
