Job summary

Aztec Group is seeking an Enterprise Applications Associate to support the Ivanti Service Manager platform and related enterprise applications. You will assist with incident management, configuration, and routine maintenance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable services in a growing, regulated environment.

The role emphasizes customer service foundations, analytical thinking, and the development of broader technical capabilities under supervision.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years’ relevant professional experience in application support or service management.
• Some working knowledge of Ivanti Service Manager and its core modules.
• Experience with supporting applications like Workday, Salesforce, SAP Concur, DocuSign is beneficial.
• Understanding of ITIL-aligned practices and incident, request, problem, change and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for Ivanti Service Manager, handling incidents, service requests and inquiries.
• Assist with configuration and maintenance of Ivanti objects, forms, workflows, and access controls.
• Conduct routine checks of Ivanti availability, integrations, scheduled jobs, queues and performance; escalate as needed.
• Support the wider Enterprise Applications portfolio by triaging issues and maintaining data.
• Prepare operational reports, audit extracts, dashboards and management information using templates.
