Job summary

Birmingham Newman University is seeking an experienced HR Systems Lead (iTrent) to drive the university's HR systems transformation from Birmingham. The role focuses on implementing the new eRecruitment solution and maximizing value from the integrated HR Management System.

You will configure, administer and optimise iTrent, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and work with external consultants, IT, Finance and HR stakeholders to deliver key modules including eRecruitment, Onboarding, eSignatures

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR systems transformation projects.
• Strong iTrent expertise with module implementation experience (eRecruitment, Onboarding, eSignatures, Survey Builder).
• Ability to configure, test, optimise iTrent workflows and support UAT.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test and optimise iTrent modules and workflows.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with external consultants, Digital & IT Services, Finance and HR stakeholders to deliver projects.
