• Understanding of Change Management methodology & principles (ITIL or similar).
• Organised and delivery focused, strong planning skills, effective time-management.

Responsibilities

• Own, execute and drive the Change Management process, using effective organisation and planning to coordinate Change Requests efficiently.
• Ensure all changes are logged, progress, have impact statements, are risk assessed, prioritized by severity, and approved by defined personnel.
• Identify, elevate and manage risks to ensure changes deploy effectively within the live environment.
• Identify new ways of working to enhance the process and simplify Change management.
• Act as a Change Management SME and communicate planned changes to customers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with Operational Leads, Service Managers, Project/Programme Managers, Customers and Suppliers.
