Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG Derby is seeking a Process Integration professional to support change, problem and major incident management within an ITIL framework. You will participate in an on-call rota, contribute to governance and continuous improvement, collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, and help ensure effective service outcomes across the change lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of Major Incident Management.
• Understanding of Change and Problem Management within ITIL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota for incidents.
• UK Government SC clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-hours support for change control and governance.
• Contribute to Problem Management by identifying trends and root causes.
• Participate in a one-in-four-week on-call rota for Major Incident Management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers for service outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
