Job summary

Nomad Foods is seeking an experienced O2C Accounts Receivable specialist in the UK to manage the day-to-day AR ledger, reconciliations, and payment allocations. You will handle customer queries, maintain data accuracy, and support process improvements within the O2C team.

You will work closely with customers to resolve claims, deductions, and price queries while ensuring timely cash collection and adherence to credit controls. The role offers stability within a growing, diverse brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in O2C.
• Experience in the supporting of report production
• SAP experience
• Computer skills including the ability to operate accounting, spreadsheet (Excel), and email (Outlook) at a proficient level
• An understanding of Account Receivable and credit control processing activities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts, credits and ensure proper controls.
• Apply payments and credits to accounts accurately.
• Promptly report cash collection problems and take action (e.g. placing accounts on hold).
• Maintain current Customer Master Data.
• Manage day‑to‑day customer relationships and resolve claims/deductions/price queries.
• Support KPIs and process improvements across the team.
• Contact customers to confirm payments align with terms and follow up if funds are delayed.
• Raise claim-related credit notes with the AR/O2C team and resolve outstanding AR claims.
