Job summary

Our client in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced interim Manager to lead day-to-day O2C operations, spanning Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application and Banking, to support a major transformation programme. You will drive cash collection, manage DSO, own balance sheet reconciliations, and partner with R2P, P2P, Treasury, FP&A and Financial Controllers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

Reporting on cash, debt, and performance to senior stakeholders and guiding system

Qualifications

• Strong O2C and cash management knowledge.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Quote to Cash operations across Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application and Banking.
• Drive cash collection and keep DSO and overdue debt under control.
• Own balance sheet and system reconciliations, and keep controls and audit readiness tight.
• Collaborate with R2P, P2P, Treasury, FP&A and Financial Controllers.
• Handle senior customer, sales and finance escalations while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Support system implementation, automation and process redesign, embedding new ways of working.
• Provide clear reporting on cash, debt and performance to senior stakeholders.
