Sage seeks an O2C Analyst (French speaking) to join its Global Finance team in Newcastle on a fixed-term contract. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office, supporting credit notes, refunds and receivables within an evolving O2C environment.

You will process transactions, support reporting via Excel dashboards, and work with Sales, Customer Service and Collections to improve processes and automate where possible.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and interest in finance operations.
• Experience or exposure to O2C, receivables or cash management is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Fluent French and strong English skills with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Process credit notes, refunds and related receivables activities accurately and on time.
• Handle high volumes of requests from Sales, Customer Service and Collections.
• Reconcile accounts and post manual adjustments where needed.
• Maintain Excel dashboards and operational reports for visibility on trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Customer Operations to resolve disputes and drive improvements.
