Nomad Foods hires for an O2C Accounts Receivable specialist to manage the day-to-day activities of the Order-to-Cash cycle. You will reconcile accounts, allocate payments, and resolve customer queries to keep the AR ledger clean and accurate.

You will work closely with sales and logistics teams, ensuring timely responses to deductions, rebates and price queries, and support internal audits as needed.

Formación

• Prior experience in O2C.
• Experience resolving customer rebates/claims.
• Experience posting and accounting specifically related to payments and collections.
• Computer skills including Excel, Outlook and general accounting software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all assigned accounts are continually reconciled and credits applied.
• Apply payments and credits accurately to accounts.
• Report and act on cash collection problems; monitor credit limits.
• Maintain up-to-date Customer Master Data.
