Job summary

SevenRooms is seeking an Implementation Partner to work directly with new clients, configuring and launching the SevenRooms platform. You’ll assess challenges, craft onboarding strategies, and guide adopters toward long-term success, reporting to the Regional Lead.

You will lead onboarding activities, manage multiple projects, tailor solutions to client goals, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive product adoption across venues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology.
• Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in person.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in managing projects and keeping things on track.
• Thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and collaborates well with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, from project kickoff through training, data migration, and launch.
• Oversee multiple implementation projects, keeping timelines and customer satisfaction in focus.
• Tailor SevenRooms platform to venue goals through close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as a product expert, guiding clients to learn and apply platform tools.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and adoption.
