Job summary

OpenTable in London is seeking an Onboarding Specialist (Italian Speaking) to guide restaurant partners through onboarding, tailor system configurations, and deliver engaging remote training for staff. You will manage multiple implementations, coordinate admin tasks, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Billing to continually improve the onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer support, implementation, or hospitality.
• Fluent in Italian (written and verbal).
• Experience training non-technical customers on software.
• Understanding of restaurant operations.
• Strong organization and time management with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective remote communication for virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Guide restaurant partners through onboarding, tailoring configuration.
• Deliver remote training to restaurant staff.
• Manage a dynamic queue of restaurant implementations to reduce onboarding time.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for the onboarding program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to eliminate customer pain points.
• Communicate implementation status and feedback to peers and partners.
