You will liaise with advisors, Relationship Partners, product partners, and operations to ensure a seamless online experience for Private Banking clients. Join a team focused on digital adoption initiatives, process improvements, and training content, with full training on Private Banking Digital

Qualifications

• Italian language fluency required for client interactions.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in financial services or related client-support roles.
• Ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations independently.
• Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills for materials and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted point of contact for clients; promote digital solutions and adoption.
• Lead day-to-day client inquiries including login/authentication support across platforms.
• Independently resolve operational and administrative inquiries; escalate complex issues.
• Deliver digital demos and tours for clients and prospects; support onboarding.
• Provide escalated digital troubleshooting and share client feedback to inform enhancements.
• Open, track, and close service tickets with accurate documentation.
