Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Associate to own core digital platforms, deliver client support, and mentor junior colleagues in Private Banking. Qualifications

• Italian language proficiency required; professional English proficiency also required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for client interactions and cross-functional teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in financial services, client support, digital/customer success, or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and escalations with minimal supervision.
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for preparing internal and client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted contact for new and existing clients; promote JP Morgan digital solutions and drive adoption.
• Lead day-to-day client inquiries, including login, authentication, and navigation across web, mobile, and tablet.
• Independently resolve operational, technology, and administrative inquiries related to Private Banking and Digital Products; escalate complex issues.
• Deliver digital demos and tours for prospects and clients to support first-time adoption and ongoing engagement.
• Provide escalated digital troubleshooting and support for clients with complex needs.
• Collect, synthesize, and share client feedback to inform enhancements to digital offerings.
