Qualifications

• 8–11 years of relevant product owner experience required.
• Experience in Financial Services; Wealth Management helpful.
• Experience managing complex projects through full lifecycle.
• Experience working with Agile product teams and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
• Exemplary ownership, high professional standards and strong problem solving.
• Ability to define and execute product roadmaps and business models.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple variables including business needs and market trends.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with startup‑like drive and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead key digital initiatives to reimagine the client experience and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, Asia and LATAM.
• Define scope, use cases, workflows, and product requirements for UX design and development.
• Create clear business requirements as user stories with stakeholders.
• Partner with distributed tech and operations teams to meet business requirements.
• Advocate data analytics to guide strategic priorities and decisions.
• Execute roadmap with global stakeholders within deadlines and budgets.
• Incorporate feedback, data, metrics, and market analysis to prioritize initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management with clear communication.
• Prioritize feature backlog with focus on benefits and tradeoffs.
• Drive planning, execution and GTM for new releases.
• Present end-to-end executive updates with metrics and forecasts.
