Job summary

Prezzo Italian is looking for enthusiastic cooks at all levels to join our kitchen teams. Start at Level 1 with full training, then develop to Level 2 and Level 3 as you gain experience and demonstrate versatility across sections.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, prep and cook Italian classics, and help maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen organisation. Training and career progression are strongly supported by the central team.

Qualifications

• Follow food safety, allergen and health and safety procedures.
• Be able to cover multiple kitchen sections as you progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station.

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh ingredients and cook every dish fresh, properly and to spec.
• Cover your sections confidently through prep and service, and learn new ones as you grow.
• Keep quality consistent, even on the busiest nights.
• Work closely with front of house so every plate goes out right.
• At Level 3, help with stock rotation, ordering and reducing waste.
