Prezzo Italian is expanding its kitchen team across Levels 1 to 3, offering structured progression and full training. You’ll learn to prep and cook classic Italian dishes under experienced chefs, with central support to ensure quality and consistency across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience not essential to start at Level 1; attitude matters most and training is provided.
• Ability to prep and cook Italian classics properly.
• Follow food safety and allergen procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh ingredients and cook every dish fresh, properly and to spec.
• Cover your sections confidently through prep and service, and learn new ones as you grow.
• Keep quality consistent, even on the busiest nights.
• Help teammates when it gets busy and step in where kitchen needs you.
• Work closely with front of house so every plate goes out right.
