Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking chefs at Level 1–3 to grow through the three kitchen levels. You’ll start by learning prep and cooking, then cover multiple sections, and finally master all sections with support from the team. Rates vary by level and experience, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Cook the Italian classics properly, prep ingredients and cook every dish fresh to spec.
• Cover your sections confidently through prep and service, and learn new ones as you grow.
• Keep quality consistent, even on the busiest nights.
• Help teammates when it gets busy and coordinate with front of house to ensure correct plating.
