Prezzo Italian is recruiting chefs to join our kitchen teams across the UK. Start at Level 1 and learn to prep and cook our Italian classics with expert guidance, then progress to Level 2 and Level 3 as you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience is great, but it isn't essential to start at Level 1.
• For Level 2, kitchen experience and confidence on more than one section.
• For Level 3, proficiency across every section and good knowledge of food safety and allergens.

Responsibilities

• Cook Italian classics to specification.
• Cover your sections through prep and service, and learn new ones as you grow.
• Maintain quality during busy nights.
• Help teammates when busy and coordinate with front of house for accurate plating.
• Follow food safety and allergen procedures and keep your station clean and stocked.
• At Level 3, assist with stock rotation, ordering and waste control.
