Job summary

Prezzo Italian in the United Kingdom is seeking chefs at Level 1 to Level 3. You’ll learn to prep and cook Italian classics with a pathway from entry to mastery, covering multiple kitchen sections as you grow.

Starting at Level 1, you’ll receive full training from experienced chefs, with progression to Level 2 and Level 3 as you gain confidence. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Love of food and a real desire to learn and grow.
• Energy, good organisation and a positive attitude.
• A team player who's happy to muck in and help the kitchen run smoothly.
• Pride in getting the details right and following procedures.
• For Level 2, confidence on more than one section; Level 3, proficiency across all sections.

Responsibilities

• Cook Italian classics properly and to spec.
• Cover kitchen sections through prep and service and learn new ones.
• Keep quality consistent, even on the busiest nights.
• Help teammates when busy and coordinate with front of house.
• Follow food safety, allergen and health and safety procedures.
