Qualifications

• Experience cooking Italian dishes and maintaining authentic flavours.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to mentor and lead Demi CDP and junior kitchen staff.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Italian dishes for your section.
• Produce fresh pasta, sauces, pizzas, risottos, or Italian specialties to a high standard.
• Mentor Demi CDP, Commis Chefs and trainees in daily tasks and techniques.
• Assist Sous Chef and Head Chef with seasonal menu development and new dishes.
