Sanremo The Italian Restaurant Ltd - New in Bath is seeking a seasoned kitchen leader to oversee all stations, manage stock, and drive daily service with consistent quality and efficiency.

You will train staff, implement menu changes, ensure food safety and proper labeling, and coordinate with dining room to deliver a flawless guest experience; monitor wastage and ensure rotation of stock; maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen before and after service.

Qualifications

• Experience with menu creation and stock control.
• Ability to supervise kitchen staff and ensure service readiness.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper labeling and dating of foodstuffs.

Responsibilities

• Check all prepared stations and replenish stocks as needed.
• Create menu and control kitchen stock management.
• Supervise preparation of all food and ensure tasks completed before service.
• Brief staff on daily responsibilities and motivate team.
• Ensure smooth service and coordinate with dining room staff.
• Control wastage and rotate stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas.
• Report any accidents or equipment defects to GM.
