Prestige Recruitment Group is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Account Manager to join our client-facing team in the UK. You will manage and develop relationships with Italian-speaking accounts, delivering outstanding service across written and verbal communication.

In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will conduct market research, assist with events, and coordinate administrative tasks while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and professional approach.
• Highly organised with excellent administrative and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and organisation of meetings, events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
• Support administrative activities, including reporting, scheduling, database management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently, resolving issues in a timely manner.
