Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in client relations, investor relations, or investment operations.
• Awareness of AIFMD, MiFID II, and local Italian regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in Italian.
• Interest in CFA or CAIA qualifications.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance client servicing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries.
• Maintain CRM with client records, activity and pipeline; coordinate reporting to senior management.
• Support the Italian team on projects affecting existing client base and engage internal stakeholders.
• Manage client onboarding and complex investor transactions.
• Coordinate client portfolio reviews, due diligence, roadshows, events and updates.
