Job summary

Man Group is seeking a 12-month Associate-level professional to join the Global Client Relations team, working with the Italian Sales Team in London or Pfäffikon. You will be the primary contact for client inquiries, maintain CRM data and reporting, and support strategic initiatives across alternative asset classes.

A strong foundation in finance and client servicing is essential. The role provides exposure to a global client base, collaboration with internal teams, and potential for a permanent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in client relations, client services, investor relations, or investment operations in financial services.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like MiFID II/AIFMD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries.
• Maintain CRM with client records, activity, and pipeline; coordinate reporting to senior management.
• Support the Italian team on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Manage client onboarding and guide complex investor transactions.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews, due diligence meetings, roadshows, and client updates.
• Deliver customized and ad-hoc reporting to Italian clients.
• Oversee subscription/redemption processes and ensure timely communications.
• Assist with new commercial agreements and ongoing maintenance (Intermediary, Rebate, Platform).
