Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) essential.
• Experience in market research, research and/or lead generation ideal.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, marketing, events or business administration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out online research into markets, organisations and industries.
• Gather information and identify opportunities for clients.
• Research companies, organisations and key contacts.
• Reach out to contacts by email and telephone to gather information and develop relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM system.
• Support the account team with research projects and day-to-day client communication and tasks.
• Help prepare information for client meetings, reports and presentations.
• Manage follow-ups and multiple priorities while working closely with the wider account team.
