Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Transition Process Consultant to design and govern end-to-end service transition processes across infrastructure, platforms, networking and service management. The role focuses on aligning governance with DXC delivery methods and ensuring secure, auditable migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ITIL 4 to large-scale enterprise transitions.
• Ability to design governance for supplier-to-supplier transitions.
• Proficiency in process modelling and SOP development.
• Understanding of ITSM tooling alignment and ticketing handovers.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end service transition processes per ITIL 4.
• Manage transition lifecycle from strategy/build to OAT and handover to BAU.
• Define cross-tower workflows and dependencies across infrastructure, platforms and networks.
• Maintain risk registers and governance gates for compliant migrations.
• Align internal governance with DXC delivery methods and incumbent exit processes.
