Job summary

The role involves face-to-face and digital training, supporting implementations, and working with clinical and corporate teams. Travel between sites is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in training related work.
• Professional Training Qualification such as Cert in Education, TAP, IITT ECDL or Microsoft Office Specialist.
• Ability to develop and deliver training to diverse staff groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging IT training sessions for staff across the Trust.
• Support rollout and use of Trust-wide digital systems.
• Adapt training materials to staff learning needs and styles.
• Provide on-the-ground support during system implementations and updates.
• Maintain training records and contribute to reporting.
• Collaborate with clinical and corporate teams; travel between sites as needed.
