Job summary

• Relevant training qualifications or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the delivery of high quality training on Digital Systems for the Trust, including development of manuals and materials.
• Undertake Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning requirements.
• Deliver training through blended methods (e-learning, classroom, workshops).
• Promote data security and confidentiality in line with guidelines.
• Communicate with staff at all levels and adapt training to learner needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and assessments.
