Location:

Field Based - Travel to schools in Oxfordshire

Salary:

£24k-£30k base salary plus excellent benefits

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience in IT support
• Experience working within a school, academy, or college is highly desirable and advantageous
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment such as servers, software, networks, hardware, and telephony
• Experience supporting Office 365
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for providing a first-class customer-facing service
