Job summary

The Unite Group is seeking an IT Technician to deliver 1st/2nd line support and on-site IT installations for clients. You will manage remote queues and travel to customer sites for deployments, troubleshooting, and project work, including VoIP systems and hardware rollouts.

Friendly, customer-focused engineers who can work both independently and in a team are ideal. A driving license and strong communication skills are essential, with experience across MS365, server/desktop OS, and network

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar IT role.
• Proficient in IT support and customer service.
• Experience assisting with projects in office and on client sites.
• Strong fault finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support via phone and ticketing system.
• Visit customer sites to assist with installations and upgrades.
• Handle hardware rollouts, migrations and VoIP deployments.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation.
• Ensure fault resolution aligns with client SLAs.
