Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join a growing organization during an exciting period of expansion. The role involves assisting internal users with their IT issues, covering Microsoft and Application Suite support. You will support users via telephone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support queries
2. Assist users remotely or face-to-face, providing deskside support when necessary
3. Collaborate with team leaders and senior management to escalate and resolve tickets
4. Research and document solutions in the company's knowledge base

Required Skills & Experience

• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Experience with Office365 applications and environment
• Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server
• Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
