We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join a growing organisation during an exciting period of growth. This role involves assisting internal users with their IT issues, covering Microsoft and Application suites. You will support users via telephone, email, and tickets, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities for the IT Technician

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT support queries
• Assist users remotely or face-to-face, providing deskside support when needed
• Coordinate with team leaders and senior management to escalate and resolve tickets
• Research and document solutions for the company's knowledge base

Required Skills and Experience

• Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Experience with Office 365 applications
• Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server
• Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
