Job summary

The Peterborough School is seeking a well-qualified IT Technician to maintain and support the School’s network, IT systems and users. You will work with the IT Network Manager to ensure systems run smoothly and support the School’s educational goals.

This full-time, permanent role is based in Peterborough, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri). Closing date: 9 November 2026. Benefits include free term-time lunches and on-site staff parking.

Job description

IT Technician (Full-time, Permanent)

Required for mid November/December 2026.

The Peterborough School (TPS) is an Independent Day School delivering exceptional education and nurturing children from Nursery through to Sixth Form. The School is seeking a well-qualified and talented individual who will deliver a safe and efficient IT environment to our staff and pupils. The successful candidate will work with the IT Network Manager, taking responsibility for the maintenance and support of the School’s network, IT systems and users. They will ensure all systems run as expected and support the School’s strategic objectives and educational goals.

This role is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
