We are recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst based at our Market Drayton offices. The role involves supporting employees with IT issues, managing incidents and service requests, and providing field support at remote sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting OS, hardware, and application issues on desktops
• Resolving incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
• Updating status and resolutions in the Service Desk system
• Communicating with users about incident statuses
• Deploying desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers using SCCM
• Managing desktop configurations, patches, and security
• Managing shared drives and user permissions
• Collaborating with support vendors for complex issues
• Serving as escalation point for technical issues
• Participating in out-of-hours support rota
• Managing Active Directory and Exchange
• Providing on-site support at dairies and depots
• Supporting network and telephony issues
• Creating and maintaining user accounts and support documentation
• Participating in problem management and reporting
• Delivering root cause analysis and solutions
• Training support teams and creating guides

Required skills & experience:

• Degree-level education
• Profound knowledge of Müller’s IT systems
• Willingness to travel
• Over 5 years of IT experience
• English; German is a plus
