Job summary

Atrium Associates Ltd is seeking an IT Technical Consultant to design, implement and support infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft-based solutions in a London Bridge-based hybrid role. You will work with a key client, lead technical delivery, and act as a trusted advisor while ensuring design-to-handover quality.

The role combines hands-on delivery with stakeholder engagement across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking and storage technologies, with opportunities to shape modern

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT projects for customers or managed services.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
• Expertise across Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering. Hands-on Azure experience.
• Strong networking knowledge including VLANs, routing, VPNs and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Configure, deploy and migrate Microsoft and infrastructure solutions.
• Support solution design and provide technical input where required.

Atrium Associates are delighted to be supporting a leading Managed Service Provider in the search for an experienced IT Technical Consultant to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from conception through to delivery. Working closely with a key client based in London Bridge, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting a range of infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft-based solutions while acting as a trusted technical advisor.

The Opportunity

This role combines hands-on technical delivery with stakeholder engagement, offering the chance to work on a variety of projects across:

• Enterprise Storage & Virtualisation Technologies

You will lead technical project delivery, work directly with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, produce technical documentation, and ensure solutions are delivered to a high standard from design through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.

• Strong networking knowledge including VLANs, routing, VPNs and firewalls.


• Experience with VMware vSphere and enterprise storage technologies.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102 or equivalent.


• CCNA or other relevant technical certifications.
