Job summary

Atrium Associates Ltd is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join a high-performing team, delivering IT infrastructure, cloud, and migration projects for SME clients. The role blends hands-on delivery with customer-facing project work, and requires close collaboration with project managers and architects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering IT infrastructure and migration projects.
• Proven ability to work with Azure IaaS, Entra ID and Intune across hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering IT system migrations and infrastructure refresh projects for SME organisations.
• Deploying and configuring servers, networks, firewalls, and core IT infrastructure.
• Delivering Microsoft 365 projects, including Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and cloud migrations.
• Working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with Solutions Consultants and Technical Architects to design and implement customer solutions.
• Providing detailed project handovers to Service Desk teams.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
