Job summary

Caremark Ltd. is seeking an IT Systems Trainer to empower our franchise network with the skills to use our software and digital platforms effectively. The role combines training delivery, coaching, and on-going support across field and office settings.

You will promote best practices, support system rollouts, and ensure teams stay compliant while focusing on delivering high-quality care. Field-based with some office time, salary up to £38,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training on software systems.
• Experience with system rollouts and digital adoption.
• Care sector experience is beneficial.
• Proven ability to coach and support users.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Franchise Owners for approved software.
• Deliver training online and face-to-face.
• Assist onboarding of new Franchise Owners.
• Advise on system issues to users and management.
• Prepare and update training materials.
• Manage projects and training/workstreams.
• Support relationships with Franchise Owners and suppliers.
• Audit offices for correct system usage and digital practices.
• Occasional duties outside the role as directed by Directors.
