Job summary

ExtraCare Charitable Trust is seeking a Digital Systems Trainer to lead the Digital Shift across the Connect Programme. You will design and deliver training for Housing and Asset Management systems, both in-person and digital, collaborating with experts to ensure a consistent rollout.

You will travel to ExtraCare locations to provide hands-on support, create guides, and develop resources that embed learning and drive confident system use.

Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate learning programmes and adapt to ensure best outcomes.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan ahead and respond to issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills with all levels of staff.
• Effective self‑management and the ability to develop training programmes with evaluation techniques.
