Job summary

Smart Pension is seeking an IT Systems Support Engineer to keep end users and hardware running smoothly across regions. You will help manage CMDB artefacts and ensure policy-compliant operations while communicating incidents clearly.

You will work with Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android, using Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and you will contribute to security and IT governance, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience administering productivity and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Experience managing user credentials and access in IAM platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Mobile Device Management (Intune).
• Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot IT issues for users and devices (EDR, web proxy, traffic tooling).
• Basic networking with TCP/IP and VLANs in WAN/LAN environments.

Responsibilities

• Support end users and hardware across regions to ensure reliable access to systems.
• Maintain CMDB artefacts and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Communicate incidents and problems across the full tech stack.
• Support adherence to Smart policies and security standards (ISO27001, CIS).
• Participate in incident management and knowledge sharing.
• Promote continuous improvement and teamwork across IT and Cyber teams.
