Job summary

The Centre for Information Resilience (CIR) is hiring an experienced IT Systems and Security Analyst to own and maintain a broad range of IT systems with security at the core. You will support AzureAD, M365, AWS, and a diverse hardware and OS environment, working closely with internal teams to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.

This is a permanent, full-time role in Westminster with on-site attendance 1–2 days weekly and SC clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• Cloud & Identity administration in Azure/AzureAD and SSO
• SaaS application administration across SME environments
• Productivity and collaboration tooling (Office 365, Teams) familiarity
• Multi-platform OS knowledge (Windows, MacOS, Linux, mobile)
• Security risk management and audit familiarity (Cyber Essentials)
• UK SC clearance or eligibility for vetting

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, maintain IT systems and security service delivery across SaaS and IaaS (Azure, M365, AWS)
• Support and maintain hardware and OS ecosystem (Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android)
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks: provisioning, patching, vulnerability remediation
• Coordinate with SOC/MDR to respond to alerts and threats
• Contribute to security audits and compliance baselines
• Propose improvements to security workflows and delivery methods
• Evolve operational security delivery for investigations in a dynamic environment
