Job summary

Gearset is seeking a proactive IT Systems Engineer to support our IT team in maintaining critical infrastructure for over 350 employees. This role involves day-to-day administration of systems and networks, ensuring operational efficiency, and assisting with strategic IT projects.

You will collaborate closely with the Systems Administrator, manage endpoint platforms like JAMF and Intune, and provide second-line support for complex IT issues. This full-time position is based in Cambridge with options for flexible home working.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT support, Tech Ops, or EUC.
• Comfortable administering Apple/macOS environments with JAMF.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administration and maintenance of MDM and endpoint platforms.
• Administer and audit core Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Serve as the primary 2nd line escalation point for IT support.
