The Role

As an IT Systems Support Engineer, your primary focus will be supporting end users and hardware across all regions to ensure consistent and reliable access to systems and services. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining Smart resources within the IT department in accordance with company policies, including keeping registers and databases up to date.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within your immediate team, wider IT and Cyber teams, and across departments.
  • Support and maintain systems, services, and processes within prescribed standards and policies.
  • Communicate issues, incidents, and problems affecting systems and services effectively.
  • Maintain documentation, registers, and CMDB artifacts to a high standard.
  • Promote a culture of openness, transparency, and teamwork.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing activities.
  • Foster continuous improvement.
  • Participate in incident management activities.
  • Ensure device compliance with policies and standards such as ISO27001.
  • Manage access controls and user/device lifecycle management.
  • Perform other related activities as required.
Who We Are Looking For

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience managing users and access in IAM platforms.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management platforms like Jamf and Intune.
  • Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with EDR, web proxy, and network tools.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking and VLAN configuration.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Teamwork and supportiveness.
