Position Overview

We’re seeking a confident and capable IT Systems Support Engineer to join our fast-paced IT team at two of our locations in Kent and Lincoln.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll provide hands-on support across our European offices—addressing technical issues, supporting infrastructure, and helping to ensure our systems are efficient, secure, and future-ready.

Work Arrangement

This role operates on a hybrid working model, requiring flexibility based on business needs.

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. The role offers flexibility to work from home approximately two days per week.
