Job summary

Axon Moore is recruiting for an IT Systems & Projects Engineer based in Warrington. You will provide hands-on 2nd/3rd line IT support, manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and support business-critical systems including ERP and WMS.

You will work with external IT providers on projects, system upgrades and process improvements. You will help ensure data integrity across systems, support IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, and document new functionality for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experienced IT professional with a background in IT Support, Systems Administration or Infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
• Strong Windows environments and IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with ERP, WMS or other business systems.
• Experience working with third-party IT providers.
• Experience leading IT projects such as software implementations, upgrades or migrations.
• Experience in process improvement and documenting IT procedures.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with business data.
• Troubleshooting across multiple systems and applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics or multi-site environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support across the business.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Support and maintain business-critical systems including ERP, WMS and other web-based apps.
• Collaborate with external IT suppliers to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
• Lead IT projects including software implementations, upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
• Understand data flows between systems, troubleshoot data issues and ensure accuracy.
• Support infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Create system documentation, test new functionality and support successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Support users across multiple sites and participate in on-call duties.
