Job summary

CRG TEC, a SaaS business based in Whitechapel, London, is hiring for an IT support role to maintain our internal Microsoft environment and devices. The role is office-based three days a week and supports around 60 users across the UK and international offices.

The successful candidate will manage laptops, user accounts, and IT equipment while contributing to automation and process improvements. Salary ranges from £31,000 to £35,000 with private healthcare and dental cover and 27 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of IT experience.
• Strong grounding in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows devices.
• General IT troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, firewalls) is useful.
• Experience with Macs, SharePoint, Intune/device management, AWS, Salesforce or NetSuite is advantageous.
• Curiosity, personable nature and ability to work independently are valued.
• Strong communication skills across the business are important.

Responsibilities

• Support the internal Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Active Directory.
• Manage laptops and devices, handle starters/leavers, create user accounts and ensure proper configuration.
• Be the go-to person for issues with monitors, printers, meeting rooms and other IT equipment.
• Help improve IT delivery by building automation, improving processes and creating user guides.
• Get involved in internal projects set by our co-founders.
• Exposure to AWS and wider SaaS platforms as part of the role.

• We are looking for someone with around 2–3 years of IT experience.
• We need a good grounding in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows devices and general IT troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as IP, DNS and firewalls would be useful.
• Experience with Macs, SharePoint, Intune/device management, AWS, Salesforce or NetSuite would be advantageous.
• We are looking for someone curious, personable and comfortable working things out independently.
