Job Description:

The IT Systems & Network Administrator will report directly to the Senior IT Systems Administrator and will be responsible alongside other system administrators for the administration of all company computer systems (excluding the ERP system). The role requires a variety of system and network skills to provide a reliable, comprehensive, and diverse IT platform to support the business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, and Teams, including administration, support, and configuration.
• Managing VMware infrastructure and network storage solutions like NAS and SAN.
• Configuring and managing network infrastructure, wireless technologies, VLANs, and MikroTik devices.
• Participating in system monitoring, performance optimization, and security measures.
• Collaborating with teams for system integration and troubleshooting.
• Supporting system administration tasks, documentation, and end-user support.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Problem-solving skills and proactive learning attitude
• Full driving license for site visits
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
