Job summary

THE COLLECTIVE NETWORK LIMITED is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to own and advance our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems across Milton Keynes and a US site. You will lead digital improvements, automation, and reporting while managing one direct report.

You will partner with external IT providers and internal teams to ensure secure, reliable IT that supports growth and compliance with ISO standards. This is a brand-new role offering broad ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT infrastructure and business systems.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, QMS or similar business applications.
• Knowledge of ISO-based management systems and audit processes.
• A track record of improving systems and delivering digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing external IT suppliers and service providers.
• Strong cybersecurity, IT governance and data protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the IT strategy in line with business needs.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software and cloud services, working with external support providers.
• Manage cybersecurity, data protection, IT risks and business continuity planning.
• Manage IT suppliers, contracts, licences and budgets.
• Maintain and improve the Business Management System, including document control, audits and corrective actions.
• Support compliance with relevant standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001, where applicable.
• Improve and optimise ERP, CRM, quality and reporting systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and more efficient workflows.
• Build useful KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Work with department heads and senior leaders to deliver system changes and encourage user adoption.
• Support and develop internal IT and systems colleagues, delivering training where needed.

An established manufacturing business is looking for an IT & Systems Manager to take ownership of its IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems and management processes.
