Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Security Manager in Milton Keynes to own core infrastructure and security estate across a multi-site organisation. The role combines leadership across Infra, Cyber Security, Operations, Architecture and Supplier Management.

You will lead a small team of Infrastructure Engineers, ensuring stability, availability and security of a complex technology estate spanning LAN/WAN/WLAN, cloud, IAM, EUC and security tech like SIEM, EDR/XDR and next-generation

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure and security teams.
• Knowledge of multi-site environments across complex businesses preferred.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials+ or PCI-DSS) advantageous.

IT Infrastructure & Security Manager | Milton Keynes | Hybrid | £75 000

I'm working with a large, multi-site organisation looking to appoint an IT Infrastructure & Security Manager to take ownership of its core infrastructure and security estate.

This is a broad leadership position combining Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Operations, Architecture and Supplier Management.

You'll lead a small team of Infrastructure Engineers and take responsibility for the stability, availability and security of a complex technology estate spanning:

• LAN / WAN / WLAN
• Cloud infrastructure
• Identity & Access Management
• End User Computing
• Security technologies including SIEM, EDR/XDR, ZTNA, CASB and next-generation firewalls
• Monitoring and observability
• DR / BCP
• Managed service providers

We're particularly interested in people who have worked across complex, multi-site environments such as retail, hospitality, leisure, FMCG or similar.

You'll need strong infrastructure foundations combined with enough cyber security expertise to drive a genuine security-by-design approach.

Experience with frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials+ or PCI-DSS would be advantageous.
