Job summary

Castle Employment Agency Ltd in Driffield, East Yorkshire, is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to own the technology landscape, lead business systems, ERP optimisation and digital transformation.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive automation, improve reporting, manage external suppliers and shape the long-term technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business systems or IT in a commercial environment.
• Strong experience supporting ERP or integrated business systems.
• Experience delivering technology improvement or implementation projects.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience managing third-party technology suppliers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop core business systems and integrations to support growth.
• Lead ERP optimisation, systems integrations and automation projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Support users with training, documentation and best practice.
• Manage relationships with external IT providers and software vendors.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365 administration and user management.
• Support cyber security, disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.
• Improve reporting, data quality and business intelligence.
